I don't know what your situation is or what the storage capacity on the phone you're talking about is, so I don't know if it's worth it.
If you sign up for a new 2 year contract with Spint, Verison, or AT&T, you can get a 32GB iPhone 5S for $50 from the Apple store, so $150 seems like a bad deal to me. If the phone you're talking about is new and has 64GB and you NEED 64GB, that's better, but still seems like a bad deal unless you have a reason you cannot get a 2 year contract with a new provider.

Is it brand new?
If so - yes it is worth it..probably even used it is.
I follow a lot of FB Yard Sale sites and if somebody offered a new Iphone 5 for one-fifty they would be all over it.
She didn't say anything about a Contract so I don't think that is what she is looking for..not many want to get locked into a 2-year contract these days..phones change so much so quickly..Two-years is a long time lol...

This seems like a lot of money for an older phone. There isa chance that Apple will stop supporting that phone soon is quite high as ewerphones are released. I just got the iPhone 6s on a no contract plan for $23 a month with t-Mobile.
