Good afternoon everyone!  I did it!  My wrapping is done and ready for transport on Christmas Day.  The first time in many many years.  I went to WM this morning to get my groceries for the food items for the family gathering.  I'm so very tired and my body is sore today.  I would like to make the mashed potatoes on Christmas Eve but they will be cold on Christmas.

@Sweet Caroline 1   The potatoes can be heated in a microwave or oven or on a stove, much easier to make them ahead.

@Tissyanne   When DD was little, we always watched ET on Christmas Eve, now it is The Polar Express, the best Christmas show ever, watched Home Alone and Home Alone 2 the other night on tv, so funny.

I was supposed the make the Spiced Gingerbread cake today and frost tomorrow, but I forgot, so tomorrow will be an all day cooking day, then Friday, I plan to collapse, lol.
