Good afternoon everyone!  I did it!  My wrapping is done and ready for transport on Christmas Day.  The first time in many many years.  I went to WM this morning to get my groceries for the food items for the family gathering.  I'm so very tired and my body is sore today.  I would like to make the mashed potatoes on Christmas Eve but they will be cold on Christmas.  

I hope that each of you have enjoyed this Christmas time of year.  The beautiful spirit around us, the music and connection with family.  Like Santa, I'm ready for a long winters nap.  Or maybe hibernate with the bears. Enjoy the rest of this wonderful day!  Love you all!

@Sweet Caroline 1   OH my goodness! You should go to the Christmas gathering ! You need to enjoy the family. I'm sure your niece will put her in the kennel or crate.

    When you mentioned playing with the dog  I just wanted  you to be aware that a dog can get excited with many people around.  I'm sure your niece put it in the crate. It's their safe place. 
   Snickers has only had a small puppy crate that was Kryptos, then we built the addition and that room is hers when guests come. She has many dog gates. Jack Russells jump!  Have fun!

     Hi everyone!  Today started cold, sleeting, then cold rain. But it stopped so we could walk early. Then later more walks. One around the circle. 
       After lunch I took a trunk full of gifts to put in his car for Christmas. He always has a lot in his trunk. We will do more tomorrow and Christmas. I arranged food items so I can put them high up away from dogs. 
       I watched the store only while he walked Tony in the area aware of customers. He sold 6 gift certificates early this morning and didn't want to leave and loose business. 
      Then I went to the small Walmart, it wasn't crowded. I found most items but they didn't have their rolls. Only Wonder, I got a small carrot cake for tomorrow night in addition to cookies. 
       We had another walk and Snickers had her bath. Her laundry is washing. She's curled up in a recliner and towels in front of the Duraflame. 
        Only a day left for Christmas!  What did I forget?
