I ordered a makeup mirror to take when we go on vacation.

When we got the mirror, we couldn't get the top off to put in the required batteries.  When we arrived at the beach, the mirror which "came without batteries" was "on"!

Obviously, I had a customer return!

My return now processed, sent me not to a free return form, but back to the original page!

We shall see.  If I am charged, it won't be nice!

@ECBG,I received a small electronic once and when I went to put in batteries saw there were some already in it. Like you I thought my new item was a return. When I contacted the seller I was told that with this type of item they always put batteries in to insure it was working prior to mailing it to a customer.

This was a small business, and a unique item, and the batteries were cheap off brand. Since there was still plastic film on parts, and the item worked just fine, I was willing to accept their explanation.

Is it damaged?
