Just to update everyone my order still hasn't been shipped. Customer Service is great though. They gave me a $50 dollar credit and changed my delivery to free express delivery for when it is done processing. I'm just a little antsy because this was suppossed to be my replacement wedding band and it had shown backorder once already so I am scared I won't be able to get it. I have sort of fallen in love with the item so I would be bummed if it never ships. There has to be some sort of confusion at the warehouse because almost immediately after it said backordered I clicked on the item and it showed that it was available. I feel like it has been in processing FOREVER. Also I'm an Prime member from that other site that rymes with FAMAZON so I think I'm a little spoiled.I'm used to 2 day shipping so this slow processing from QVC is a little hard to deal with. I shop a lot online but I am farely new to the Q. I have rarely had trouble from any online merchant butI know hiccups happen. It's just hard to be patient and I am tempted to just order a wedding band from somewhere else just to have one on my finger.
Hopefully it ships soon! Part of me wants to cancel and the other part wants this ring. Maybe I will give it another day or two. Thanks for all the kind words if nothing else you all made me feel better.![]()
