I keep receiving conflicting information about an order I made. I chose expedited shipping and it's suppossed to get here tomorrow but it still says in process. I called the automated line and it says it was backordered however I emailed customer service same day and they said it had been shipped and will be here on the 12th? So i called customer service again and they said it was still in process and HASN'T been shipped.
So where it stands now I have an email from customer support that says it HAS been shipped, a customer service rep telling me that it still in process, an automated message telling me it's backordered and the status on my order via the website saying in process! Color me confused! Has this happened to anyone else? I have no idea what is going on. This is the first time this has happened. Any ideas?

Not to me personally but my niece has a similar story. She ordered a Play Station and and tracking says in process; customer service told her it's on the way and when she called customer service a 2nd time, she was told that it's been back ordered and she'll receive a litter with all the details. Now, she's worried that they'll take the 2nd easy pay on an item she doesn't even have and for all she knows might never have. I feel bad because I suggested QVC. I assured her that QVC was dependable. The made a liar out of me.

AWWW well it's not your fault! Go figure that when you suggest something to someone that has been perfect for you so far it all goes wrong. I have ordered a bit from QVC though I am still a newbie and this is the first time that this has happened! I hope your niece gets her Playstation. It sucks because I was so excited about my order that I chose expedited shipping and now it might not even come. : (

***********************So sorry you're having this problem. If you call CS after recieving it you should be able to get free shipping because it wasn't expidited at all!

I think I will take your advice and call about the shipping when the order comes.
Shipping is already sooooo expensive. I'm just worried it's backordered and I won't get it. I recently lost my wedding band so this was suppossed to be my replacment. It's weird because I ordered it on the 9th and when I went back yesterday everthing required a waitlist but now today most sizes are showing as available. Maybe it's a sytem error?

@ElinaSmall1985----It is something that is pretty much an easy fix. Don't forget there are thousands of orders that are processed all the time, especially the Holidays. It happens across the board. I ordered something for my sons and 3 days AFTER delivery ,received a phone call informing me that my purchases were on backorder!! Be easy you will be helped.-----tedEbear
