@Kachina624 - When I called once, the woman told me that she could "see" that I'd had "lots" of coupons in the past that I'd never used!

 

Well, how could I use them, if I never saw them?  It's not like I didn't check my account for years.  She couldn't explain that; just suggested I go in and "update" my email preferences.

 

Really, no help at all and nothing has changed.  So I shop less and less with HSN.

 

(I would like to thank them, however, for their recent TS of the Samsung Smart TV.  I watched the presentations, then bought two at Sam's Club for a better price and a free 5-year warranty!  AND they were both delivered free within four days.)
