HSN Free Shipping Anytime Soon?

Anyone know if HSN will have free shipping anytime soon? Like Labor Day. I never know how anyone even gets a "heads-up" on that, but sometimes I feel like I've seen people post that they know it's coming..

Had my eye on something where shipping is high..

I do know TocpCashback has 12% for HSN today.

Check your Spendable Kash in your account. I've had a code there for free shipping that lasts until October.

I wish I knew how people get these coupons and discounts. I've had my account for years and never get anything. I used to years ago, then it all just stopped.

If I find a code online and try to use it, it just says it's not "associated with this account".

I've contacted CS at least twice and they've suggested a few things, but nothing works. The only thing I can think of is to close my account completely and open a new one, but I'd rather not do that. One of the CS reps said I'd had "a lot" of coupons in the past that I hadn't used. Well, I can't use them, if I don't see them in my account! No answer to that.

I see they've also done away with the ability to email them - "to provide better and more efficient customer service".

Tks. I don't even know what that is?...but I'll check it if it's something I automatically have. I don't have any cash in an account on HSN, if that's what it means...like "credits" to use.

***Update...never knew this even existed...but I just went into it...Nothing for me.

@amyb - When you sign in to your HSN account, look down the list (where your orders, etc. are). You'll see an option "Spendable Kash". Just click on that to see if there are any coupons listed.

@Venezia @ I've also never gotten a coupon, although I've shopped there since the 1980s. I called CS once to complain, the girl agreed that I had not indeed gotten anything and she gave me a $20 credit. She could offer no information on how to get "on the list".

I think HSN did a free shipping day pretty recently, so I wouldn't expect one this weekend. Although I did see a coupon for $20 off $100 - maybe I saw this on Mr. Rebates? Not sure.

I do get periodic coupons that show up in my spendable Kash and I usually get a postcard mailed to me. Often it's good for a month and it's $10 off a purchase of $50 or more, once maybe I got $5 off a $20 purchase. They used to offer $5 off $25 Beauty coupons too, although I don't think recently. Usually found that on Mr Rebates or this forum.
