Love those days too....I have no phone calls to make, things to buy from the store etc...just me, a book and silence

You just reminded me of someone I used to work with. Because we were constantly on the phone at the office she said she invoked "silent Sundays" at her home. She was only avavilable for emergency phone calls and she her DH stayed home, read, cooked, etc. She said it was a good reset for the week ahead.
