I order clothing online from Belk often. We have a local store, but the selection is lacking. I placed an order and got two items but not the third. I kept getting notifications from USPS that it was up for delivery for a few weeks but when I did a tracking inquiry, kept getting the message that I needed to contact Belk. After 2 months, I called their customer service and they immediately refunded my purchase price, saying it was lost in transit. The next day, my order arrived! I called CS and told them to put the charge through again since I had finally received the order. I got an email a few days later that said the order was not going to be charged again, that it would be gratis! The order was only a package of Jockey underwear and cost around $30 but I still thought it was a great surprise.
