I used to be friends with someone who was consistently, and I mean consistently, 20 or more minutes late.  I finally told her I'd have to leave from wherever we were supposed to meet if she didn't come on time, and so I did.

20 minutes early!  I can't stand being late!  I usually am 15-20 minutes early for all appointments.  If I'm meeting someone for lunch or dinner or something, I try always to be like 10-15 minutes early.  I think it's incredibly rude/inconsiderate to be late or leave people waiting!
