Pittsburgh Steelers fan here.  What a good game today!  I was impressed w/Aaron.  Didn't think he still had it in him.  I noticed he was wearing his wedding ring.

Love college football, too.  I watch several NFL teams because of some of the college players they have on their teams.

I'm anxious to see the Vikings to watch JJ McCarthy, QB from Michigan.

I'm happy! The Colts won 33-8 over Dolphins. Defense was good, QB Daniel Jones shined in Colts debut. They hadn't won a season opener since 2013, so it's about time.

We watched the KC Chiefs game on Friday.  They lost by, I think, 2 pts.  I'm gearing up for another season!  Roasting hot dogs and s'mores in the fireplace while watching the game on the 75" football TV.  Tonight it was 65 degrees and a Harvest moon.  We sat on the patio, listening to Nora Jones and watching the dogs run around in the pasture (we could see them fairly well because of the full moon).  I know we still have some 90 degree temps but it's finally cool enough to peek my head out the door lol (big sigh!)

I've been a football fan since I was about 9 years old.  My dad and I watched football together whenever it was on.  My mom and brother weren't too interested.  Dad took me to my first football game when I was 10 or 11.  It was the Cowboys vs the Eagles.  Those were the days when the Cowboys were "America's Team".  Does America have a team today?  Cowboys and Chiefs will be playing IN DALLAS on Thanksgiving this year....AHHH!  I'm sure the game is sold out but I wouldn't be able to navigate the bleachers anyway with my back issues.

I started watching when I was seventeen! LOL. Today was a little rough start but they won and I am hoping they just get the kinks out and really connect as a team like they seem to be doing.

So happy at our house to have the season starting.  Sometimes it gets interesting at my house.  DH is a Bronco fan and I'm a Steelers fan.  For all the team fans, ENJOY your season.

Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears tonight, 7:15 ... that's my jam.  I'll have to check with @gardenman to see what the odds are of my Bears beating The Purple People Eaters.
