I have been loving Woman In Love on my car radio, while driving, for a long time.

Anyway, when I looked to see (while parked) who the singer is, guess what!

Barbara Striesand.   For whatever reason, I was surprised.

Beautiful song, beautiful voice.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

I'll pick one from the '50's, my favorite era of music and my life.

I grew up in the Rock era, so I love too many songs from that era to try to list.  But in these troubled times two songs resonate in my mind:  "Sounds of Silence" by Simon & Garfunkel, And "Imagine" by John Lennon.  Both give me comfort and hope!

Both among my favorites also.

For me, a favorite song is usually attached to a special memory or feeling.

Just You and Me (Chicago):  My wedding song

Brown Eyed Girl (Van Morrison):  My husband (before we even started dating), took me out on his boat.  That song was playing.  I knew then that we'd be together.

Kung Fu Fighting (Carl Doughlas):  Just a fun song.  Makes me smile.

There are so many, but the one that I have so many fond memories with would be "Annie's Song" by John Denver. Another one would be Foreigner's "I Want to Know What Love Is".

I love both of those too.
