@Sassy7356 , I grew up eating fried catfish. My great uncles caught catfish in the Red River in Texarkana. They knew how to filet them perfectly, and then would roll them in cornmeal. They had big cast iron containers to deep fry them. Our family would bring the trimmings, and the food was so good. 

 

I still remember how they would set up long folding tables to set everything on. Nice memories. 

 

Enjoy your day off from cooking, and stay cool.  I have errands to run, and will be gone most of the afternoon.

@Sassy7356 and friends, this is exactly how I am.  Slowly healing from a femur and hip joint break on the other leg. 

  Using a walker and have in home health care come in for physical therapy .

 

Was in rehab for about a month.

 

My old computer is not working so good.  I did get a new computer it just isn't set up yet.

 

Wishing everyone good health and lots of happiness.
