@Bri369 I can remember at least 10 times that LIndsay's grandma was warned by the Mods to stop it. She didn't. That's what happens.

@CherryHugs   I agree. I've had posts and threads deleted as well.

They are now deleting anything copyrighted here now...and I posted snoopy a few days ago and it was deleted.

Im afraid to post any pics now!

@CherryHugs  Please explain more since I am not sure what this in reference to

Snoopy, and all other Peanuts characters are the intellectual property of Peanuts Worldwide. You can't use those images without permission.

If it's not your work and you copied it from another source, it's likely copyrighted.

@TheWanderingOne   That means almost all pics, jokes, birthday wishes, Shabbat Shaloms, etc. will be deleted?

Only if someone reports them.

I'm pretty certain that moderation of this group is just one task of many the employees have. I'm also pretty certain they are not reading all posts to look for rule breaking and copyrighted material.

For the most part, the mods look and delete when they are alerted by us.

There are some threads with many images and these seem to not be affected.

Wonder how the mods select what to remove?  Seems capricious.

Pick one and report it for copyright infringement. See what happens.

Groups that I am on allow it since it is not for profit. Not trying to make money here either lol. Oh well.

@CherryHugs, are you certain about that? Not for profit doesn't enter into copyright infringement.

Every message board I've ever participated in has a caution against posting copyrighted material. It can be an extremely costly burden to a website if action is taken against them.

Seems to me a laissez-faire attitude has the potential to result in the elimination of the message board.
