Hmmm! My food program is primarily complex carbs, and I am thriving. Carbs got their bad rap from the simple/sweet and sugary kind being what are largely consumed by folks.
I know many that use low carb/high protein methods to lose unwanted weight. I also know none of them are very high on vigorous physical activities.
Yes, I get it, but!

Oh the carb problem. That’s what I grew up on and have been trying to get away from it all but really not successful as I crave and eat too much of everything else.
