@sarahpanda   i made my own by combining songs from different cd that i have i did the same with favorite songs i wanted on the same cd    it took time but it was worth it

@sarahpanda   I bought several CDs on amazon, one has flute music, very soothing, another is called Calming Rain, if you like that sound, I do, and several others.  I could actually feel my body gradually become so calm until I fell asleep listening to the flute.

@sarahpanda   I bought several CDs on amazon, one has flute music, very soothing, another is called Calming Rain, if you like that sound, I do, and several others.  I could actually feel my body gradually become so calm until I fell asleep listening to the flute.  I play these in the dvd player in the bedroom, then have a Bose in the kitchen to keep me moving with non soothing music.

i use the rain or thunderstorms for my going to sleep white noise. I will check into flutes...
