Fresh Market has their amazing Ultimate Lump Crab cakes (the one with the least bread crumbs) on special today!  Unfortunately, with me closing, I won't get there in time.

I just warm them in the oven.  They freeze well too.

Thanks for the heads up. It was a very busy day around here - no time for shopping, but I do love crabcakes.  Next time I'm there I'll give them a try.
