Hi Everyone,

Just dropping by to wish everyone a "Happy Easter"!  Enjoy your day!!!

It has been hectic here but we are finally settled in.  Still have some of the basement to empty out but we are still working on it. 

DD gave me a surprise birthday party and I truly was surprised.  It was great seeing friends from the past and friends from now. 

I am sad to say that we rarely see a bird here.  We do have deer and turkeys but not very often.  The bears are out and the condo association discourages bird feeders be3cause of the bears.  Hopefully we can put out the feeders next winter.  DD has blue birds and all different birds so we will have to go to her house to see all the beautiful birds. She lives about 1 mile away.

@birdmama I want to congratulate you on your retirement!  This is a new chapter in your life and I hope that you enjoy it!!!  Now you can spend all the time that you want with your bird family and do what ever you want to do. 

We had 3 substantial snow storms in under 2 weeks with a lot of snow but most all has melted.  More either rain or snow or both in the beginning of next week.  We have had substantial snowfalls as late as the end of April so it is not unusual.  It does melt fast though. 

Wishing all the birders a Happy Easter and a Happy Spring!!!

Bernie,   Happy Easter and thank you for the new perch for April and for bringing  the posts over from the March thread.  

Hope your weather is better than it is at my home in MO.   31 and snow on the way for Easter.  WOW.   Here near Tampa, it's 80 and sunshine.
