So I took Grayson for a ride to the post office with me.  I didn't leave him in the car, just wanted to mail letters at outdoor mailboxes on the P.O. property.  He decided he wanted to perch on my right arm on the way home (2 miles at the most).  I had my right arm, stretched out across the passenger seat and he road shotgun the whole way home.  My shoulder joint was screaming, lol.

I'm looking at console seats that they sell for tiny dogs.  May just get the bird a car seat, rofl.

Bernie,  I wish you had a selfie of you and Grayson.  How cute and how fun for him to go on a car ride.   How do you like retirement so far?   I know it's only a day or two, but not having daily  schedules to follow is so cool, I know for me it's  just plain nice.
