@SportyShorty07   Did you make your muffins? I made a batch the week before your post. That was the first time, this summer that I made them. They were SO good!

                                I hadn't baked at all this summer, now that 

                             my husband is diabetic and I don't need the

                             calories.

                                I was surprised that you referred to Katie 

                              as "Katie Cat".  That was one of my pet 

                              names for her, also "Baby Girl".

                                We are missing her so much.

@Enufstuff  Hi Donna 🤗!  I checked the fridge today and it looks like i ran out of blueberries- I have all of the other ingredients, so hopefully I can make them again this weekend or early next week once I stock up on blueberries. Your muffins are so delicious! I was really looking forward to making them today. I haven't baked as much this Summer too, but I hope to bake more in the Fall.

     Your Katie Cat/Baby Girl was such a sweet kitty- a really special one with a lot of personality. She's taking cat naps and bird watching in spirit. Katie lived for a long time and she was a really great family member and friend to you- she was your cat companion and confidant! A lovely cat for a lovely lady ✨.  Katie did her best to hold on as long as she could and you provided the best care from beginning to end- that bond you shared will always be, even with Katie Cat in heaven. 💗

@Enufstuff  I made your delicious blueberry streusel muffins again this morning! Absolutely delicious: perfect amount of lemon flavor, very light and moist, love the pops of blueberries throughout the muffins and the sweet brown sugar streusel topping! I even added 1tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp lemon extract just for fun.  My family loves the muffins and I told them that they're special muffins since my friend Donna from the QVC forums gave me her recipe 😊.  Thank you very much for your recipe and your kindness, Enuffstuff! 🤗💗

Hello @Enufstuff  Very sorry for the late, late reply! I, too, went to St. Mary's Grammar school, but they closed when I was in 4th grade. I come from a big family, so the first half of the family graduated from St. Mary's, and the younger half (including me) graduated from LCHS. My mom and her sister also graduated from St. Mary's.
