not much here

did chores this morn, got done early. watched a few good men movie before i left on my walk. folded clothes when i got home.

that is about all

clouded up today the snow storm is barreling in on us watched weather channel while folding clothes this morn.

Hello and Happy Sunday all   We are in a cold snap the likes of which we haven't seen since 2019.  I have aluminum bowls that I bought for my dog many years ago and I fill them with water for the squirrels, birds, skunks and whatever else drinks out of them   I'm working with one inside and one outside - when the bowl outside ices up I swap it out for a warm one full of warm water.

Suffice it to say, I've been in and out of the house alot this weekend.  The birds and squirrels are cold and hungry and that gets next to me.  I don't know how they don't freeze and how the little birds feet don't break off with this cold.

At least the sun is shining so I suppose that's something.

not much here

snowing heavily now. looks like about 2 inch so far. it is a super duty wet snowfall. sticking to everything. can't shovel it, you have to push it out of the way.

did get my walk in this morn

Good Morning all, the sun is shining brilliantly and I enjoyed shoveling the snow this morning.  It was lightweight, fluffy and glistened like it was dusted with fairy dust  

Not much going on with me aside from the usual; hanging out with my own birds, doing wash, listening to podcasts.

we did get about 5 inch snowfall. roads are very slushy.

did get my morn walk in, wore my snow boots. 

not much else. now the vortex is coming in, real cold temps this weekend.

Hello all, I've been preoccupied with the hearing this week.  When I was little I remember coming home from school and my Ma was glued to the Watergate testimony.  It took nearly 50 years but I understand it now.

It remains cold however the sun is shining so I won't complain.  I went grocery shopping earlier this morning and was in and out.

@Bird mama   I remember that too, and feel the same as you now.  I am glued to the tv, and yesterday was emotional thinking aboiut the flight that prevented the plane from crashing into you know where, saw the movie, such an emotional movie.
