Welcome old friends and new to the Back Fence for April 2021.  I used "april showers" for the Bird's Nest and tried to find something encouraging/hopeful 'spring like' for the Back Fence.  All I could come up with is Earth Day

Any suggestions?  Let me know and I'll change the title.

I'm going to leave some Heart Smart chocolate cherry cookies to nibble on.

new washer installed, wow what a different wash pattern. will take much getting use too, 1 full hour wash time per load start to finish. new washer spins out everything better than old washer. dryer has to run less time

very cold and blustery today. wind chills are in low 20's with possible teens temps tonight. will see

My washer is no where as new are yours @viva923  and I had to get used to the spin cycle.  The first time I used the washer I thought I broke something because it went on and on and on, lol.

hey all

birdmama, i threw in the towel on washer tonight. dh called lowes and told them how disappointed we were with that 3400 series washer, they had a 4000 series washer in stock so i purchased that, it is similar to the one i turned in because of electonic pad problem.  size is same as this 3400 series washer. am keeping the white pedestal .  don't know when delivery is, have to finish up the stuff tomorrow it was so late. we gave the credit info over the phone, just set up delivery tomorrow. not much else.later all

ain't happy with that electornic pad again, but if i get 3-4 yrs out of it,will be happy, that is 7-8 yrs on my wash schedule.

hey all

not much here today

dh and i woke up an hour late, dh rushed thru shaving,dressing to get out door in 15 min's to get to work on time. we slept thru 5 alarm clocks. we stayed up late last night, church let out at 930pm, after showering, doing 2 loads of laundry we got to bed at midnight, normally we are in bed about 11pm. we woke up to my pill alarm clock sounding in the kitchen. worse feeling waking up later than normal.

wanted to hand out today but it is dampish,humid today,overcast thick cloud cover, feels like rain outside.
