Being retired I can pretty much have a boring day whenever I choose and I love it. When I worked life was crazy. Now I cook only if I want to, I have much less laundry, and I only clean one room at a time. I have fewer places to go and need to do less shopping. I go to the library every week and can read whenever I like. I never complain about a boring day and see nothing wrong with it.

Bored???? What is that? When you learn to enjoy and value your own company, there is always something to do even if it is as simple as quietly listening to music or reading a book.

I can't remember the last time I might have said I was bored.  Yes, I have watched many TV shows that have bored me, but I honestly don't think I have ever said I was bored here at home.   I love a lazy day at home!
