Yes...it automatically switches to a different page and cart called FRESH from your Amazon cart depending on what you are ordering.
To determine whether or not your zip code qualifies, go to "Schedule new delivery" here and type in your zip code

I only shop for groceries online anymore and I use Fresh prob 3/4 of the time altho have been using Instacart more lately and those people deliver almost within the hour after I've placed an order. am using Safeway this time. and I like that your shoppers can chat with you about what is available or not and have had many of them choose really nice produce for me. Maybe a time or 2 there has been an item not included but CS is a breeze about all that. This time I tried Sprouts market and it was not good--their produce was horrible, many things were already rotten--but CS got me my $$ back, but won't use them again.I still like to buy produce myself tho.

My experiences have been mixed but mostly positive. I can occasionally get same day delivery but there have been times I couldn't get delivery at all. Fortunatley, my area not only has Whole Foods, but now has an actual Amazon Fresh grocery store that moved into a defunct Shopper's Food Warehouse location. Stock does tend to be a regular issue and I don't always feel some of the foods I receive are as 'fresh' as they ought to be, but I do like having the service, though there have been a couple of rather epic screw ups, along with several that were more minor.

It is amazing. Amazon has wonderful customer service so I'm not surprised they are sending the cheese to you today. I use Fresh often for smaller orders. I really appreciate it when I'm making something from a cookbook and I don't have all the ingredient. I can order with Fresh and get the order in an hour or two.

Our Amazon Fresh grocery orders come from Whole Foods, not from Amazon warehouses. They use refrigerated vans, not the Prime vans. I get delivery in 1 to 2 hours because we are close to a Whole Foods. My daughter has a longer wait but she still gets same day delivery.

That is what I was wondering too. So far the orders are delivered by people with their own car...not an Amazon van.
Whole Foods.
