I use the believe that winning the lottery would be ideal

but now at 65 I have changed my thoughts

Half goes to taxes yet leaving a good amount of winnings remaining

However, I can't imagine the liability of having that money

There's so much to the equation we don't know

With large sums of money comes large sums of issues and problems

Yes Yes one could do a whole lot of GOOD with it

You could also give a lot away

But I'm very content in a simple life and I remember what my grandmother once told me

...that when you die, you go out as you came...naked

That you will never see a funeral procession with a U Haul attached.

It was her funny way of saying that humility comes in life when you realize the ways of balance.

God bless those who receive winnings ...for most of the stories I read is about  the consequential life LOTTERY winnings bring for many.

We are consumer driven as a nation and as people.  If you play and you win get a professional to help you sort it all out.

Re: $950 Million

[ Edited ]

I would prefer 950 million-dollar winners instead.

More of a better chance of winning.

I would feel as though I could be lucky enough to be one of nine hundred and fifty winners.

If that makes any sense to anyone........

Just my way of thinking.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
