I eat 6 out of 10 each week. Like you @ALRATIBA I don't do yogurt or blueberries.
My doctor recommended that I eat one pound of vegetables every day. At least half of my plate should be fruits or vegetables at each meal. I could live on leafy greens and nuts.

Love brussels sprouts. I ate them growing up and since I started roasting them, I can't get enough.

I hit the list every week--sometimes cabbage for brussel sprouts. But that's what we eat.

Lists for “everyone” will always be wrong. This one is not an exception. I consider most things on the list to be unhealthy and some are even pretty toxic.
I do eat eggs every week.

@deeva Bsprouts went from my least favorite to my most favorite vegetable once I learned how to roast them. Like you I can't get enough now. I would eat them every day if I could.
