Wash and split in half removing pit. Then I put them in a pan lined with foil. Sprinkle brown sugar on them. Bake at 350 degrees until the skin is pulling away from the peaches. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each half and enjoy!

Here is the recipe for the peach thing I made. ( seriously could not think of the name of it🤣🤣)

Fresh Peach Crostini

Prepared pie dough I used Pillsbury you could make your own.

4 large peaches I peeled them and sliced thinly

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

1 tablespoon butter

1 whole egg beaten

Preheat oven to 375

Line baking sheet with parchment set the pie dough on the sheet

In a bowl mix together gently peaches, sugar and flour

Pour this mixture into center of dough

leave about 2 1/2 inches of dough around the edges

Fold the edges up over the filling fan the dough out and place it on filling. Brush pastry with beaten egg and place the pat of butter on top of fruit in center. I sprinkled Israeli salt on top just a little and it was delicious. I’m sure you could sprinkle a courser sugar also.

Bake 30 to 45 minutes. Make sure pastry is golden brown and filling bubbling. Cool on rack and serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy. 🍑

Found this recipe at grandmasvintagerecipes blogspot. It's yummy & so easy to make. I cut up 14 peaches but that was too many. I think 10 would work.

I love peaches.  I can eat peach anything.

My favorite recipe is to remove the skin, slice and coat with sugar and Fruit Fresh.  I load them into a ZipLock bag and freeze.

During the winter when it is cold and dreary.  I eat the peaches half frozen. OMG, they are wonderful and so appreciated.  My DH sometimes puts ice cream or whipped cream on his.
