It's from a cookbook by Jo Miller titled, "The Instant Pot, Jo's Quick & Easy Cookbook" copyright 2021. Page 87

I got it off Amazon.  Says on the front page not to reproduce or transmit without written permission. 

I'm sorry!!

 

I love that cookbook and recommend it, btw!
