You are right -- I could not find the recipe for brioche from this book on the internet. The book is available (cheaply) from Amazon . . . do you recommend it? Have you had good luck with recipes in this book? I never bake the bread in my bread machine, but just use the "dough" cycle, shape it and bake it in my oven. Hope to hear from you . . . I have a great Sally Lunn recipe if you would like it.
