Any Venison Posters?

Someone gave my son about 6 lbs of ground venison....."hot sausage" flavored.

Any ideas or suggestions? I have NEVER had it in my home before, no less cook it.

Tonight he made one pack into 4 patties and made "hamburgers" from it......I will not be eating it. He hasn't eaten yet, so I have no clue if he'll even enjoy it.
