The other day I saw a recipe for Eagles Brand Fudge so thought I'd try it. It is so easy.
1 can Eagles Brand condensed milk (13 oz.)
1 bag milk chocolate melts (or chips) (11 or 12 oz. bag)
2 tbsp. butter
Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Mix everything together and melt in microwave in 1 minute intervals up to 2 to 3 minutes. Stir after each minute. Thoroughly combine and pour into 9" pan lined with foil. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours. Remove and cut into pieces.
Note: I'm sure you could substitute peanut butter, butterscotch, or vanilla chips but I haven't tried that yet. You could also use pecans if you prefer or a combination of walnuts and pecans or macadamia nuts if you can find them.
