ANOTHER RECIPE REQUEST

My uncle, my mom's brother, has a copy of the 10 lb nut cake, and is putting it in the mail today, so I will post it when I get it........BUT.........he told me that he has not had grannie's liver hash since she has died, and asked me if I had a recipe.......Of course, I do not......I never ate it, but my mom and my uncle loved it, and grannie only made it around this time of the year, as this is hog killing time, and do not bash me for this, but I do come from the South, and my family kills its own hogs and cows, and processes them for food.......in a humane way..........{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

The hash has the liver and lites of the hog, and grannie always grew her own peppers, and would string them up to dry, and the has had the dried peppers in it.........Can anyone help me with the recipe........{#emotions_dlg.wub} I have promised my uncle that I would make him the cake and take it to him......a hundred or so miles away, and if I can find this recipe......I will also take this to him as well............Cool
