Dinner Tonight: Roast Pork / Apples / Onions

Hi all,

I made this tonight:

It was so good! My husband really liked it and a 2 lb pork tenderloin was perfect for two of us with some leftover meat.

Served with roasted sweet potatoes with cinnamon.

So easy and really tasty!
