Looks good, @lolakimono. We like to do a version of the lemon pepper blend with some garlic powder added...great on fish!

(That's a lot of cumin in the Indian Sweet.)

 

Here's mine, which I use on raw veggies that I eat w/ EVOO & balsamic; also good in EVOO for dipping bread, etc.

 

Spice of Life

 

1 tsp crushed red pepper               1 tsp parsley flakes

1 tsp ground black pepper            1 tsp dried, granulated garlic

1 tsp dried oregano          1 tsp dried, minced garlic

1 tsp dried rosemary       1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp dried basil

Great chart.  Thanks for posting @lolakimono.  I'm also copying your recipe @Harpa; sounds delicious and I'm anxious to try it the next time I want to dip some bread!

1/2 cup paprika

1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup mild chili powder (use medium or hot to kick up the heat)
3 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons celery seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
3 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground allspice

Preparation:

Mix together all ingredients until well combined.

Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

@Harpa It makes a pretty good batch so you may want to cut it in half. We use it a lot in the summer.
