Well, all my baking is done. For the larger size loaf pans I put them directly on the rack. But, for the little loaf pans I put them on a baking sheet, as they were not quite as sturdy. I wasn't worried about any spill overs. I just didn't know if the disposable pans were sturdy enough to be put directly on the rack and if the baked goods would get browned too much if put directly on the rack. Needless to say, this is something I haven't done very much.
Dishes are all done, put away, and now I have to wait for everything to cool so I can package and label. Then, to find a box and put everything in the car so I'm ready to go tomorrow morning.
So, thank you for all your advice. By the way, I'm posting the recipes if you're interested.

@wismiss When I use disposal pans I always put 2 pans together to make them more sturdy.
