The chili is great with Italian sausage. I took the spice down for me with a bit of sour cream in my bowl. I may have added one can too many of chile tomatoes. DH loves it as is!

Oh Luvs-The chili came out great. Came in a close 2nd in the cook off this evening. Competition fierce so did not feel bad about it. Got several raves for it and it put my regular wimpy chili to shame. Thanks for sharing!! It is a keeper

I have been making this recipe for years and cannot remember where I actually got the recipe. Wherever I take it I am always asked for the recipe. My husband is very picky and this is his favorite.
