Customer Service -- "nice" isn't enough

I received the wrong item yesterday. I called, reported it, was told to send it back. Fine.

However, I did not receive a prepaid label with my order. The packing slip had a large white space where the label should be, and something about "if you need to return this item, call ... " Did QVC dump Newgistics?

Second CS failure: she couldn't tell me if/when/how the correct item would be shipped, because 'that's a different department.'

The CS rep was very nice, but the overall experience was bad. BAD.
