My mother recently expressed interest in the Hann floor steamer to me so as a suprise for no reason I decided to buy it and ship it to her. Well, it arrived and I went over to her house to help her with it and opened the box and there was another customers return label in it with her information on it on why she returned it. I was furious when I saw this I expected a new product. I called CS and they appoligized and offered me free shipping on anything in their inventory. Are you kidding! I packed it up and it went back. So be aware that anything ordered may not be as new as you think. What a disgrace! QVC you need to have your returns dept take a brush up course on how to handle a return, it should never be allowed to go back into inventory. Let alone the lady whose identification info could have gone into the wrong hands. I immediately shredded her return slip.
