It's really weird, but I cannot eat fudge.  It makes me choke.  My throat sort of closes up and I can't stop coughing.  Doesn't happen with any other chocolate or sweet candy. I am not allergic to any of the ingredients in fudge either.  Really strange....And fudge was one of my son's favorite candies when he was younger.  I used to buy it for him at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory because I never made it myself.  Odd that I love to cook and bake, but I have never made fudge.  Thanks for all of your recipes.  I might have to get ambitious and make some for my son.

Yes, my fave is Mamie Eisenhower's Million Dollar Fudge. I don't know if it had anything to do with Mamie Eisenhower or not, but the fudge was good.
