Is this not an upstate New York delicacy? I was born and raised in the South and have never heard of these around here.

I've only had them once. My FIL cooked them in a smoker for a party. I am unsure of the brand he used.

Mama Deb, Bryan only makes regular hot dogs. These red hot sausages aren't anything like regular hot dogs in taste. They are more like a spicy smoked sausage. They are a bit odd. Not bad odd...just odd. Not quite like anything I had ever tasted before.
