I love to bake Pillsbury biscuits on my baking mat.  They always stuck to my other baking pans and they slide right off the silicone mat.  I also have a 12 cup muffin pan that I love.  Just push the cup from the bottom and the muffin pops right out.  The down side is an oily? residue that can't seem to be washed away.  I hand wash them...it's worse in the dishwasher.
