Re: Best *Flavored* Coffee Pods for Keurig.. What Do You Like?

I understand your use of the in-your-face word " garbage."

However, it would be a better choice to use " unhealthy " so folks would start to think about how it could be impacting their health.

Re: Best *Flavored* Coffee Pods for Keurig.. What Do You Like?

When I have a cup of coffee I want coffee, not flavored. I bought a Kurig when they were first introduced and got rid of it within a month.  I buy bean coffee and grind it.  While they may have improved, kurig didn't heat the coffee hot enough, also the pods were expensive and I couldn't find any worth drinking.  Though expensive, there's nothing like a good coffee machine.

Duly noted, @jlkz. I'll try to remember that in the future.  Can't promise to always get it right, though. 😉

Re: Best *Flavored* Coffee Pods for Keurig.. What Do You Like?

[ Edited ]

Anyone have a good, bold 'flavored' coffee pod they can recommend?

@ciao_bella Unfortunately, the short answer is no. I'm a bold dark roast lover that prefers my coffee as dark as the night with nothing but my lips in and on it.

Long answer....

Costco Pacific Bold is too weak for me. I start my day with what is described as a "good-morning-kiss-from-a-jackhammer" known as No Surrender from Revv Coffee. It's been my auto-delivery kcup pod seemingly forever.

One cup leads of No Surrender allows me to function enough to enjoy a milder 2nd cup of dark roasts either Starbucks French Roast or Peet's Major Dickason's Blend.

Almost two decades ago now, we would get a flavored coffee from Green Mountain (only available in the winter) that was acceptable as the 3rd or midday coffee. They discontinued it after a few years and no luck finding a flavored substitute since that suits me. Cat Frustrated

Good Luck in your quest!

When we have a really cold day (rare in Florida), I like to take a package of Swiss Miss and mix it into my coffee. Little flavor, little sugar and so comforting!  Don't do that very often!

Amusing how when you ask for flavored coffee recs, you get:

  • " I don't like flavored."
  • "I don't like flavored, but here's a roast suggestion."
  • "My husband doesn't like flavored"
  • "Try a flavored creamer"
  • "I don't like coffee."
  • (Implied) "Not answering your question, JMO, FREE SPEECH!"

Maybe that is the answer.  None...
