I like #2.. I like the fact that I can walk behind the sofa and look out the window. The view isn't blocked like it is in picture #1 by the sectional. But I would remove a few pieces of furniture in #2 because it looks a little cramped.

I'm not wild about either, but I prefer #2.
#1 is over flowing in upholstery and I never liked the
upholstered cushion for a coffee table, you can hardly put drinks on it; except for magazines it's fairly useless and magazines are rarely used today.

#2 - it looks cozier.

Although I don't LOVE it, I prefer number 1. I think it uses the space better. I have a thing about balance and using space properly.

I like #2. I like the pops of orange and browns. I also love seeing lamps in a room. Also you see more of those beautiful wood floors.

I like each of them, but I favor #1 because it has a much more interesting concept. However, #2 is much cozier.😊
