I dd watch both shows about a week ago, but they seemed so contrived I had a very hard time believing that these people are real.  

Truthfully I much preferred the two "stars" on What Not to Wear.  A much more believable show, and one that I enjoyed. The people were real.

I really enjoy Love Lust or Run.  I'm actually watching theDVRd one from last night right now.  I haven't seen the other show yet.  I still miss What Not to Wear and wish they would bring it back.

I like Love at First Swipe which is back to back with Love, Lust, or Run on TLC. Not only do the ladies get a nice makeover from Clinton Kelly (they also get a hair and makeup do-over but those hair and makeup people aren't shown in this show), they get a social media makeover too.  The ladies have dating profiles that are pretty awful and off-putting and they get some insight in to what they are doing wrong and why. Their after dating profiles are a lot more appealing and you can see their much improves self esteem after their makeovers.
