Yes.  Denim & Co., LOGO, Martha Stuart, Isaac, Susan Graver come to mind.  Be sure to check the “click here” measurements on the product page under description.  These are the actual measurements of the garment, not your body measurements.

Not from Q, but Rafella has curvy petite dress pants.  I did find in their summer cotton and poly line they do run smaller.  

I get mine at Belk.

I am pear shape jeans and pants that work for me Logo, M. Stewart.  I always check click ons this works well for me.

@Jenpoodee  Talbots curvy fit may be the answer to your prayers--and some are on deep clearance now.  You might want to try a pair to see how the fit is for you.

My SIL has the same shape. 

A few year ago when we were travelling together, I asked her why he didn't bring any pants along.  She said that pants make her look "stumpy" and she only wears skorts or culottes, or skirts.

@Jenpoodee  I am pear shaped.  And I absolutely love Women with Control Slim Leg Pants.  They are so comfortable and forgiving.  I am not petite, but it does come with petite.  I wear brick and mortar size 12, but I wear medium in Women with Control.  In fact, I am wearing a pair of Woman with Control pants right now.
