I think the group under the Wellness category of the forums may get you more help and responses....

People ask for help and assistance for all manner of things under ALL the various boards, there is no reason for OP to post her question on any board other than the one she chooses to use.  Certainly, Wellness would NOT be of any help since her question is about INSURANCE coverage and not Wellness.

Actually, there is an active thread on the Wellness forum right now about Silver Script insurance, which is managed by CVS Caremark.  Don't know if it will provide any information for you, but you could post there and see if anyone can help.

In my experience, CVS employees are constantly having to deal with Caremark glitches - mostly computer glitches. I can't count how many times they have screwed up my prescriptions for pick-up at a store because info doesn't make it to the stores.

Based on that, I'd say it's just more of the same - faulty software/computer system with info not getting where it needs to. I generall CALL and speak to a human at the first sign of "trouble."

I have thought of changing from them over the years, but no guarantees anyone else won't have their own issues, so I stay put.

Are you using a pop up or ad blocker?  If so try disabling it on that page, refresh the page then try responding.

The Wellness Topic encompanies all health issues in fact kittymom said there is a thread already regarding this....there have been lengthy discussions about Medicare, Prescription Drugs, And various health insurance plan issues....

@goldensrbest, it's also good advice, as others here have given you, to be sure you turn off pop-up blocking when you're on the CVS Caremark site, and/or to try a different browser. I occasionally need to change browsers when ordering something (not just Caremark) online because not all websites are formatted to handle all browsers. Sometimes in one browser there is nothing for me to click on, or it's grayed out, but on a different browser it's all fine. It could well be that, too.
