Hello,
I would like to share my experience with returns. So many times when using Q paid return label I was concerned about my item to get lost at post office and me having no proof I dropped return at post office, that I preferred to make my label and send this way back. I kept asking people at post office to scan item in my presence and give me drop off receipt, and they always told "impossible, we don't do that", and yesterday I asked same question, and lady at post office actually did scan in my presence and gave me receipt, she was surprised herself the system able to do that, but they never even wanted to check and try!!!
