I spend so much here I can't begin to imagine how much it was just last year.
I had to call customer service a few days ago to ask about something and the rep said to me thanks for being one of our best customers. Yet I never get any coupons or gifts!
I also never get any emails except the ones letting me know that they either received my order or the order has been shipped. No other emails about anything else even though I'm signed up for them.

Only once did I get two (count 'em) little pieces of Enstrom's Toffee in the mail.
There have been a lot of threads in the past with posters getting gifts from QVC, with most of us never receiving a thing. It didn't seem to matter how long you'd been a Q customer or how much money you'd spent.
For a while it seemed they were sending out free gifts fairly frequenting, but this is the first I've heard of it starting up again.
Over the last couple of years I've occasionally gotten money off, if I spend a certain amount, but that's about it.
