Re: Goli gummies..

[ Edited ]

Goli and Golo are two different things.  My husband and I take the Goli apple cider vinegar gummies for general health reasons.  Golo is the one advertised on tv for weight loss.

. If there are now Goli gummies for weight loss, I'm not aware of them.

@bonnie f  You are better off taking a tablespoon of ACV than buying the gummies. Gummies are not a good delivery system for vitamins, etc. you can look that up.

You can try taking the ACV on a salad before dinner and that will tamp down the glucose level of a meal or drink it with water during the day.I would use a straw.

Balsamic vinegar is also good to use for the same reason as ACV.

I don't know about anyone else but whenever I chew on a gummy, it gets stuck in my teeth. It can stay there until it dissolves which can take a while. That isn't good b/c if it contains vinegar or vitamin C, those are acids which can eat away at your tooth enamel.

I don't "get" this "gummies" craze.  Isn't it just easier and fewer calories to just swallow a pill???

I have purchased Goli gummies in the past that were expensive. They did nothing for me.

I recently saw Goli in the Dollar Tree for $1.25 a bottle.I walked past them, not even spending another buck on them.

I don't think they hurt, but I don't think they help much either. I've tried the ACV, Ashwaganda and the Veggie.

I found the Ashwaganda was slightly effective at bedtime for easier drifting off, but so is melatonin and its cheaper.
